State budget revenue from government bond placement UAH 1.35 billion in September - central bank

According to the results of the primary auctions for the placement of government domestic loan bonds in September, the state budget received UAH 1.35 billion.
This is stated in the report of the National Bank of Ukraine on the main trends of the monetary market in September 2012.
"According to the results of the primary auctions for the placement of government domestic loan bonds, the state budget of Ukraine received UAH 1.35 billion in September. Weighted average yield on the government bonds in their initial offering was 12.35% per annum," the NBU says.
From the beginning of the year, the primary placement of government bonds brought to the state budget UAH 25.95 billion (YTM - 13.46%), USD 2.4 billion (8.94%) and EUR 316.6 million (4.8%).
It is also reported that in 2012 the Ministry of Finance issued government bonds to increase Naftogaz of Ukraine capital for a total amount of UAH 6 billion with a yield of 9.45% - 9.95% per annum.
In September, the Ministry of Finance issued government bonds to increase the authorized capital of PJSC Ukrhydroenergo by UAH 1 billion with a yield of 9.95% per annum.
The volume of government bonds purchased by the central bank (at par value) in September was UAH 0.4 billion, year to date UAH 14.2 billion. Since the beginning of the year the central bank has not held transactions for the sale of government bonds from its portfolio.
The National Bank reports that payments on the government bonds were timely and full, making UAH 38.4 billion from the beginning of the year, including the principal amount UAH 25.8 billion and the yield UAH 12.6 billion.
