Mriya acquired Farruka Limited

According to the official information released by the company, Agro holding Mriya has completed acquisition of agrarian company in Ukraine, Farruka Limited. The cost of the acquisition was stated at USD 19.98 M. There were no additional details released regarding the deal. Mriya has already invested USD 10 M out of potential USD 30 M for construction of elevator in Western Ukraine.
AgroInvest comment: acquisition is the most popular method of expanding both: land bank and operations for agro holdings in Ukraine. Mriya is known for its active growth and development during 2012.
