The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is planning to establish an agency, which would support export-oriented enterprises.
Serhiy Tihipko, deputy chairman of the Party of Regions, said this during a trip to Donetsk region, his press office reported.
"The current situation in the world markets is complicated, and our exporters need support of the state. They can count on it. The Cabinet is planning to create soon an export agency, which will support export-oriented enterprises," Tihipko said.
He also noted that enterprises of the mining and smelting complex are playing the central role in ensuring this country's economic security. "The mining and smelting complex is very important to Ukraine. Once miners or smelters have problems, this is immediately felt by the economy of the entire Ukraine," he said.
According to Tihipko, good business environment in the country is essential to combat the crisis. "The authority must think about how to support manufacturers to encourage their easy operation," the politician said.
Tihipko noted that the government has developed a series of measures to support domestic producers. "The government has a plan to stimulate investment and create new jobs. Some very important laws have been recently adopted to provide incentives for the companies that invest in the development of production," Tihipko said.
