State stake in Khlib Investbud drops from 49% tо 1%

An extract from the Unified Register of Enterprises testifies to that, Ekonomichna Pravda newspaper reports.
“The prevailing majority of 97.93% will now belongs to the Cyprian firm Aldzas Investments Ltd. Changes in the company's ownership structure took place according to a scheme of adding additional capital to authorized capital,” the document reads.
To remind, Khlib Investbud is the most quickly growing company of Ukraine according to the Forbes version for 2011. According to the rating of “TOP-500 largest companies of Central and Eastern Europe” of Deloitte auditing company, the company incomes made up EUR 537 million in 2011.
