Romania harvests some six million tons of grain in summer

The grain production harvested in this summer totalled close to six million tons, with over 80 percent of it or 4.78 million tons being wheat crop, show figures unveiled by the officials of the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry on Friday.'The wheat crop this year totalled 4.78 million tons, autumn and spring barley together with the two-row barley totalled 985,000 tons and rape-seed only 175,000 tons.
