Industrial Milk Company is aiming for the increase of the land bank by 45% by the end of 2012

According to the official information released by the company, IMC is planning to increase its land bank from 82.7 thousand hectares to 120 thousand hectares. Company is planning to purchase agricultural firms in Poltava, Chernigiv and Sumi region. Company did not release neither any additional information regarding the price of the potential transaction nor any additional information regarding the deal.
AgroInvest comment: purchase will allow company further diversify its operations and minimize potential risks for the company.
