Kernel to raise the issue of buying small packages of UkrRos shares

An extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Kernel Agro Holding’s daughter UkrRos Sugar Union is scheduled for September 14, 2012, Kernel said on its official website. UkrRos was brought to the market in 2007. Kernel acquired a majority stake in UkrRos for almost $60 Ml in 2011. Following the purchase, UkrRos’ minority shareholders called on Kernel to buy their shares at a premium price.
