Experts predict 11.3% increase in trade sector in 2012

Growth in Ukraine's trade sector will continue and reach 11.3% at the end of 2012, ING Bank's press service has reported.
"Figures in the trade sector remain rather high, demonstrating the most significant pace of growth among economic branches. In particular, the growth of trade in July was 12.9% in annual terms, and in the first seven months in 2012 it was 14.6%. Our forecast for growth in trade at the end of the year is 11.3%," reads the statement.
According to the State Statistics Service, retail trade in Ukraine in January-July 2012 grew by 17.4%, to UAH 429.1 billion.
