IMC received USD 3.8 M from VTB in exchange for shares

According to the official information released by the company of Warsaw Stock Exchange, Industrial Milk Company received USD 3.8 M from Vnesh Torg Bank (Russian Commercial Bank Ltd.) in exchange for 3 million shares of the company of 9.58% of the share capital as insurance for the loan. There was no additional information released regarding this transaction.
AgroInvest comment: we expect funds attracted by the company to be used for modernization of the current equipment and potential growth via mergers and/or acquisitions.
