Tajikistan economic growth for 2013-2015 to reach 7.4%-7.5%

Tajikistan intends to preserve its economic growth rate at 7.4%-7.5% during next three years, said in the press office of the Head of State on results of the Governmental session held by the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon last Monday.
Participants of the session considered macroeconomic indicators of the republic for 2013-2015, reports the source. The document indicates 42.1 billion somoni GDP in 2013, 48.2 billion somoni in 2014, and 54.7 billion in 2015.
“Economy growth rate for 2013 and further is forecasted at 7.4%-7.5%,” reads the document discussed at the meeting.
The document also indicates predicted exchange rate at $1 = 4.90, 4.94, 4.99 somoni.
Participants of the session also approved reformation program of the agricultural sector of the republic for 2012-2020, development of bio-technologies in cattle breeding for 2013-2017, socio-economic development of Isfara city for 2013-2017, as well as improvement of the investment climate for 2012-2015, and approved youth education program for 2013-2017.
