Agrogeneration received USD 2.9 M of insurance

According to the information provided by the Kyiv-based insurance company INGO Ukraine, it has paid out USD 2.9 M for damaged winter crops to the French agricultural holding AgroGeneration with assets in Ukraine. The payment was provided under crop insurance contract and did not have any notable effect on company’s stock performance. Bad weather winter crops are stated as the insurance event.
AgroInvest comment: insurance companies will be in higher demand in agricultural sector of Ukraine, considering constant climate changes of the region.
