Kernel Group will raise a $210 Ml loan

Agro Holding Kernel Group, which is controlled by Kernel Holding S.A. (Luxembourg), has arranged a USD 210 Ml loan from a consortium of European banks, Kernel Holding reports. According to the report, the loan was raised by Kernel Holding’s daughter company INERCO TRADE (Switzerland). The revolving credit agreement is valid till June 30, 2013.
