KSG Agro will purchase 12 K hectares of land in Crimea and 2 K in Dnepropetrovsk

According to the official statement of the company on Warsaw Stock Exchange, KSG Agro will acquire several agricultural companies in Crimea with the total land bank of 12 K hectares. Company also mentioned purchase of agricultural companies in Dnepropetrovsk, which are located in proximity with existing company’s outlets. Total land bank of the company will equate to 84 K hectares after completion of transaction. Company announced that during 2012 there is a plan to increase land bank to total 110 K hectares and up to 200 K hectares in 2013.
AgroInvest comment: Due to the fact that KSG Agro has been very active in terms of attracting funding in 2012, it does not surprise us that funds attracted are spent on growth of the company, which is already moving towards the goal stated in the beginning of the year.
