Kazakhstan’s economic growth can exceed 5% at the year-end 2012, Interfax news agency reported citing analysts from ATFBank Research. According to experts, the GDP structure will improve due to increased investment in the oil industry and power generation. «It will also help accelerate the GDP growth at about 5.5% in 2013. Economic policy will moderately boost the growth in 2012 and 2013, mainly due to increased transfers from the National Fund in the budget», the review says. According to ATFBank Research, in the forecasting period the National Bank will be able to retain the tenge exchange rate against the US dollar within the range of 145-150.
