Ukraine: Myronivsky Hliboproduct bought part of its GDRs

Myronivsky Hliboproduct acquired 1,170,000 of its global depositary receipts (GDRs). According to an exchange notice, PJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct, a top agricultural company of Ukraine specializing in chicken production and cereals growing, acquired 1,170,000 of global depositary receipts (GDRs). The price of one GDR, which is equivalent to one ordinary share, averages $11.13. The bought GDRs account for approximately 1% of the company’s shares in circulation.
