Corn yield of 25-26 million tons expected

This year Ukraine expects to harvest corn in the amount of 25-26 million tons, Deputy Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food Mykola Bezuhly told a briefing during the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
"This year's harvest will be no less (than last year - Ed.). We look forward to about 25-26 million tons of dry grain," Bezuhly said.
He reminded that in 2011 Ukraine harvested almost 23 million tons of corn.
