Daughter bank of Sberbank of Russia places bonds at UAH 750 m at PFTS

PJSC Daughter Bank of Sberbank of Russia attracted UAH 750 million (USD 1/UAH 7.94) at PFTS by way of placement of 750,000 ordinary interest-bearing bonds of the E series (code at PFTS - OSBERE, ISIN - UA4000105852) of the face value UAH 1,000 with interest rate for the first interest period to the amount of 12.75% annual and the maturity date on January 18, 2013, the exchange's press service informs.
According to the issue project, financial resources attracted from the sale of bonds will be fully sent to an increase of the credit-investment portfolio of the bank.
