There were several decisions made at the meeting, yet the one of a particular interest is that company’s owners decided to take steps towards improvement of communication with existing and potential investors, including publishing annual reports in other languages than Dutch as well as hiring new auditing company, one of the Big Four.
AgroInvest comment: In the recent light of complicated situation with investments for Urkainian agricultural companies, caused mainly by global instability in terms of macroeconomics (read: EU debt problems) companies that are willing to attract additional funds and stay competitive it is crucial to improve presentation of company’s performance and thus improvement of communication.
