KSG Agro S.A. received COFACE guarantee

Ukrainian agroholding KSG Agro S.A. on June 6, 2012 has received a guarantee from French Export-Credit Agency COFACE for the deal between KSG Agricultural and Industrial Holding Limited, Cyprus subholding of the Company, and I-TEK. Total amount of the contract is EUR 17 607 092.
At the moment KSG Agro is negotiating with different banks on the issue of receiving loan under this guarantee. KSG Agro plans to finalize the negotiations and receive the money by the end of June, 2012.
According to the contract KSG Agro will receive supplies necessary for the pig breeding complex (equipment, genetic material, equipment for animal food factory, etc.), the reconstruction of which has begun in May, 2012. The Company plans to finish stage 1 of the reconstruction in December, 2012, and to supply there 4 447 sows.
The other stages of the reconstruction are planned to be finished in 2013.
