Trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Russia totals $23.9 billion in 2011

Trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Russia on the basis of 2011 totaled $23.9 billion, the Kazakh presidential press service reported.
Russian Federation is the largest trade partner of Kazakhstan, according to the press office.
"Trade-up in 2011 between Russia and Kazakhstan amounted to 23.9 billion dollars. Exports from Kazakhstan amounted to 7.7 billion dollars, while imports to Kazakhstan - 16.2 billion dollars. In Q1 2012, the turnover amounted to $5 billion, which is 1.3% more than in 2011," the press service added.
