Ukrainian agricultural producers have all possibilities to attract foreign investments. Currently, favorable conditions formed on the market, when, primarily, foreign investors are interested in investment of funds in national agrarian projects.

Expert of the Danish Investment Fund in Ukraine Natalia Domanska has said at the East-Ukrainian Agrarian Forum, RegioNews inform.

“Many banks, funds and technical support projects offer favorable conditions for representatives of business. For cooperation with those establishments, an interest and practical approach is needed on the part of Ukrainian companies, working in the agrarian sector, because now all favorable conditions are set up for making investments in them,” she noted.

A start for Ukrainian companies should be formation of business ideas that may be offered to investors. An important factor for investment of the funds in these or other projects is socially-responsible orientation of national enterprises.

“The Danish Investment Fund cooperates with 22 business establishments from Ukraine, and almost half of the funds are invested in pig complexes, which are in a number of regions. In all projects, an accent is made on social-corporate responsibility of business, which in the eyes of foreign investors is an inseparable part of successful business,” the Fund's representative noted.

She underscored that the Danish Investment Fund is interested in cooperation not only with large agrarian companies, but with small and medium-sized business.
