Agricultural Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk said Tuesday that Ukraine's grain traders should work under forward contracts with producers to freely export grain, "The government guarantees export benefits to those traders who take part in growing the harvest," he said. "Forward contracts would help the grain producers to finance their seeding campaign and invest other vital projects," the minister noted. The Minister failed to add where he expects the traders to recover the money they have lost this year as a result of export quotas, or to fund farmers.
