Kazakhstan’s GDP in volume terms reached 5.6% for January - March 2012, head of the Kazakh Statistics Agency Alikhan Smailov told at the briefing on May 14, Kazworld.info agency said citing Kazinform.
Real GDP increased by 5.6% as compared to the same period of 2011. The share of industry in GDP made 39.9%, share of services - 55%, according to Smailov.
