Ukrproduct received downgrade in its ratings

SADIF-Investment Analytics, one of the fairly recognized agencies out there, reviewed Ukrproduct grade to lower it to “Below Average”. Company used business development, management performance and stock price fluctuations as the main criteria for the evaluation. Company is expected to underperform the market in the nearest months, as it shows “slow business growth and is marked with passable level of management”.
AgroInvest comment: We confirm rating downgrade for the company with the most recent downward trend of the company’s capitalization on FTSE and 2011 report indicated gross profit drop by 5% and EBITDA decline of 29% in line with revenue growth of 12%.
