Volodymyr Kudryavtsev has been named the new non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of Agroton Public Limited, starting on 11th of May 2012, replacing Alex Lissitsa. Larisa Orlova has been named the new executive Director of Agroton Public Limited, starting on 11th of May 2012, replacing Nikolai Rozdymaha.
