Mriya Agroholding: uplisting of GDRs

On Friday, May 4th company has announced the change of listing standard on Frankfurt Stock Exchange for its GDRs. Following the announced changes on Frankfurt Stock Exchange regarding the listing segment classifications Mriya concentrated on new listing rules. To ensure calmness of investors and Company's good reputation, Mriya finalized its work on upgrading its GDRs to Entry Standard. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of all participants, transaction went smoothly and in short time. Starting from May, 4 Mriya's GDRs will be available for trading in the Entry Standard.
