Kernel will acquire 2 agricultural companies

According to the news of the last week Kernel will acquire 2 agricultural companies with a total land bank of 119.2 K ha of land. The first company is located in Khmelnick region, while the second one originates from Polatava. Acquisition details are still being negotiated yet the main details have been agreed upon.
AgroInvest comment: Kernel expanded its land bank due to potential increase in production volumes as company will start exporting abroad this year more actively.
