Ovostar Union is planning to skip dividend payments this year

Ovostar Union, one of the major producers of egg products is planning to propose cancellation of dividend payouts this year in the upcoming shareholders’ meeting on June 7th. Funds are to be used for investing in the company and its development this year. The final decision regarding dividend payouts this year will be announced after the meeting.
AgroInvest comment: Ovostar Union was amongst those that did not attract external funding this year so far. We assume lack of capital investments for the company which explains the decision regarding dividends.
