KSG Agro will acquire local agrarian companies with total land bank of 33k hectares

KSG Agro released their plans of purchasing several agrarian companies to increase company’s land bank by 33k hectares. 20k will be acquired by the beginning of the summer as stated in the official release of the company. Recent acquisition is in line with company’s 2012 goal to double its land bank in Ukraine to the level of 110k hectares. Company plans to increase this number to 160k by 2016.
AgroInvest comment: Strong 2011 results in combination with attracted M 13.9 USD of private investment allowed KSG Agro further expand in the market and broaden its production capabilities. Ambitious plans of the company are always supported by actions which is a factor contributing to company’s market capitalization growth.
