Ukraine to ratify free trade area agreement with CIS countries - Azarov

Ukraine will certainly ratify the free trade agreement with the CIS countries, Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov said on the Inter television channel Friday night.
In his opinion this agreement will be surely ratified, because it benefits Ukraine.
"The most remarkable feature of this agreement is that it for the first time ever opens up an opportunity for Ukraine to use pipelines transport gas and oil. It will give us a chance to have Turkmen gas pumped through Russian pipelines," he said.
The agreement has already undergone a second examination by the government and its text with all supplements has been handed over to the presidential staff.
Most of the international treaties that Ukraine signs take two to three years to ratify.
