HarvEast is planning to issue UAH 300 M worth of bonds

One of the major Ukrainian agro holdings partially owned by Renat Ahmetov will issue UAH bonds in May-June of 2012. The statement was made official by the company itself. The bonds will be issued in two series, A and B differing in payment options. Underwriters of the holding are such well-sound institutions as PUMB, Dragon Capital and Altana Capital. According to the CEO of the company such approach will allow diversification of the investment sources of the company.
AgroInvest comment: based on the rapid growth of the company, its secured bonds will be in high demand and we will not be surprised in case the next step is public offering.
