«AgroInvest» — News — 10-15 Ukrainian companies are planning to complete IPO on WSE in 2012

10-15 Ukrainian companies are planning to complete IPO on WSE in 2012

2012-04-12 18:10:16

According to Warsaw Stock Exchange and Dragon Capital 10-15 companies are planning to undergo IPOs on WSE in the nearest future depending on the situation within the financial markets. The majority of Ukrainian firms planning IPOs in Poland, namely Agroliga Group, Agroallianz, Adelaida, AzovAgri or Sintal, belong to the agriculture sector but there are also firms from the media, chemical, pharmaceutical and real estate sectors. Most of the IPOs are scheduled for the second and the third quarter of 2012 which is considered to be the most active period for investors to purchase shares.

AgroInvest comment: we have already mentioned several times about the nearing IPO spree of Ukrainian companies in Warsaw. There is a cluster of companies that postponed their IPOs in 2011 due to debt crisis in Eurozone and this year as there are more promising conditions, agro holdings especially will become more active.
