UAH 40 b came to budget 2010 from primary placement of government bonds

By results of placement of internal bonds at primary auctions, the state budget 2010 received the funds totaling UAH 2.003 billion (since the year start - UAH 40.424 billion, 1 USD - 7.96 UAH), the NBU review about the money and credit market of Ukraine reads.
In December, the issue of state bonds for repayment of overdue budget indebtedness on the value added tax and for an increase of statutory capital was not carried out.
In total, in 2010, the Finance Ministry carried out placements of state bonds (with taking into consideration the bonds issued with the aim of an increase of statutory capital of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, banks and for repayment of overdue budget indebtedness on the value added tax) at the total amount of UAH 70.657 billion.
The average weighted value of state bonds by results of holding the auctions and their primary placement in December amounted to 10.05% annual (in total over 2010 - 12.69% annual).
The average weighted yield of state bonds with taking into consideration obligations issued for recapitalization and for repayment of overdue budget indebtedness on the value added tax amounted to 10.39% annual.
Repayment and payment of the bond yield were carried out simultaneously and fully that totaled UAH 30.689 billion in 2010, including the principal debt amount - UAH 19.555 billion, the bond yield - UAH 11.133 billion.
