Alpcot Agro announced appointment of new Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Pickup. Mr. Pickup has 14 years of experience in listed company
corporate management, investment banking, project management and consulting, including working for five years in the Corporate Finance
department of Deutsche Bank in London and Hong Kong. More recently, he has since 2008 worked as CFO and then as Advisor to the Board of
Landkom International plc, which was acquired by Alpcot Agro in January 2012.

Mr Pickup holds a BA degree in Chinese and Russian from Durham University in the United Kingdom as well as an MBA (2004) from INSEAD. He
owns 85,974 shares in Alpcot Agro via his pension plan.

AgroInvest comment: We assume that the company bets on the fact that Mr. Pickup is greatly aware of the local conditions on the market and will
be able to bring necessary knowledge for the company on order to increase effectiveness of its operations in Russia and Ukraine.
