Government forecasts to attract investments at USD 12.5 b

The Cabinet forecasts attraction of UAH 100 billion of investments in the country's economy in 2011, the press service of First Vice Prime Minister and Economic Development and Trade Minister Andriy Kliuyev informs.
"By the government's estimate, in 2011, over UAH 100 billion of investment funds will be mobilized to the Ukrainian economy," Kliuyev's press service informs during introduction of new Head of the State Agency for Investments and Management of National Projects Vladyslav Kaskiv.
He also reminded that in fulfillment of instructions from President Viktor Yanukovych and Prime Minister Mykola Azarov in the nearest future a program of investment-innovation activities for 2011 will be prepared and underscored that the state investment programs should take into consideration investment plans of the country's large companies.
As it was reported, earlier Azarov instructed Kliuyev to prepare till January 21 a program of investment-innovation.
