According to Rospotrebnadzor officials committee will not inspect Ukranian agro holdings due to lack of cooperation on the Ukrainian side as
Ministry Agrarian Policy and Food did not arrange inspections instead ordering test from certain U.S. laboratory. Ukrainian side blames
Rospotrebnadzor for not providing exact date of visit and committee members’ list. According to the Institute for Economics and Forecasting under
the National Science Academy of Ukraine, dairy business monthly loses over USD 26 million due to a ban of supplies to Russia. Consequence of
such turn of events is an immediate drop in purchasing prices for milk. At the same time retail price for milk products is not expected to rise which is
obviously negative factor for milk producers.

AgroInvest comment: lack of coordination and communication led to the failure from Ukrainian and Russian sides to agree on the matter. We see
one’s personal interest in this case as companies are glad to buy milk cheaper and increased their revenues this way.
