Kernel sued Agrarian Fund for not completing terms of contract for not purchasing 2/3 of the sugar produced in 2011 the total worth of USD 67 M as
stated in the contract. In terms of volume 75.7 K tons of sugar were not bought from Kernel from the total volume of 119.6 produced for 2011.

AgroInvest comment: It is very less likely that the lawsuit filed by Kernel will have any effect on the case due to the “peculiarities” of Ukrainian law-
making and law-enforcing system.
