British company becomes owner of 51% in Zakhidincombank

The company Parrox Company Ltd. (London, Great Britain) became the owner of 51% (12 700 383 shares) in Zakhidincombank.
It is reported by the official Internet publication of the State Securities and Stock Market Commission.
According to the statement, the shareholding of OJSC Non-Diversified Closed Venture Investment Fund Innovation Strategies reduced to 48.463% (12 068 618 shares).
Zakhidincombank was founded in 1993. According to the National Bank's classification it is included into a group of small banks.
As of October 1, 2010, the Investment Fund Innovation Strategies possessed 99.463% in the bank's stock.
