Azarov: Ukraine, Cuba have good potential for deepening trade and economic cooperation

Ukraine and Cuba have all of the possibilities for strengthening cooperation in the trade and economic sector.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov announced this at a meeting with Vice President of the Council of Ministers of Cuba Marino Murillo, the media liaisons office of the secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
"We have every opportunity to develop mutually beneficial relations. I'm convinced that your visit to Ukraine will contribute to fulfilling this task," Azarov said.
He said that Ukraine and Cuba had all of the possibilities to cooperate in machinery and aircraft construction, as well as in agriculture and health care.
The vice president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, in turn, said: "Ukraine and Cuba have very good potential for the development of relations in the trade and economic sphere."
According to Murillo, Cuba adopted a plan of economic recovery and is planning to study Ukraine's experience in implementing large-scale reforms. "The purpose of our visit is to study the valuable experience in conducting reforms. We believe that every country has its own way of development, but the experience of partners will be extremely useful," he said.
