Agro Holding Loture Agro is planning to undergo IPO in the second quarter of 2012. According to the head of Warsaw Stock Exchange they are
expecting the minimum of 5 companies to complete their initial public offerings by the end of 2012. The main reason for such statement is the fact
that there were 5 Ukrainian companies that have undergone their IPOs in 2011 (Industrial Milk Company, KSG Agro, WESTA ISIC, Ovostar Union
and Coal Energy S.A.)

AgroInvest comment: We agree with the prediction made by Mr. Sobolevsky as in addition to the tendency towards Ukrainian companies going
public, there were several holdings that postponed offerings until 2012 (stabilization of the markets).
