Ukraine already exported 12mn tons of grain

Ukraine since the beginning of the 2011/12 marketing year (July 2011-June 2012) as of January 14, 2012 has exported 12 million tons of grain, UKRINFORM learned from the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food.
"In particular, the country exported 6,950 million tons of corn, 2,980 million tons of wheat, barley deliveries totaled 1.94 million tons and rye - 10,000 tons," the ministry said.
In February 2012 the exports amounted to 667,100 tons, including corn -617,300 tons, rye - 3,800 tons, wheat - 40,400 tons.
The ministry predicts the monthly export of 2 million tons of grain by the end of 2011/12 MY.
