Ukrainian 'daughter' of Credit Agricole will attract UAH 500 m for issue of credits

Ukrainian 'daughter" of French bank Credit Agricole planned for early 2011 the issue of five-year interest bearing bonds totaling UAH 500 million (USD 63 million), in order to send them to an increase of the credit portfolio.
Bank Credit Agricole (Ukraine) plans to issue five bond series in equal amounts - by UAH 100 million each (each series of 100,000 bonds of UAH 1,000 face value). The primary sale of bonds of the B series will start on January 15, C series - February 15, D series - March 15, E series - April 15 and F series - May 20, 2011.
Coupons on bonds of all the series will be paid every quarter, for the first year of circulation a 10% rate is set. Bonds of all the five series provide for the possibility of an annual offer. The B series will be paid up on January 9, 2016, C series - February 9, 2016, D series - March 8, 2016, E series - April 9, 2016 and F series - May 13, 2016.
Bank Credit Agricole (Ukraine) is a successor bank of Ukrainian Calyon Bank and banks Credit Lyonnais and Lion Credit. This institution by the amount of assets (UAH 3.988 billion as of July 1, 2010) is 37th among 176 banks registered in the country.
