News from the European Union seem to follow very similar trend: there is debt issue in certain country, later there is a need to work on set of
austerity measures for that country and finally, as certain amount of bailout cash is provided, the problem seems to be forgotten. Greece is the great
example of this tendency, as Greek government is facing yet another default as soon as March 20 th, as either country receives another bailout
payment of EUR 130 Bn (!) or it fails to pay on its bonds. Such circumstance will most likely greatly affect EU banking system, especially those
financial institutions that hold Greek debt.
