Mykola Azarov - In 2012, Ukraine's nominal GDP will exceed pre-crisis level

In 2012, the nominal GDP of Ukraine will exceed the pre-crisis level. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a press conference: "The results of the Government s activity in 2011 year."
"In 2008 pre-crisis year, we had GDP at the level of 180 billion USD in a dollar equivalent. In 2009 we had fallen to 117 billion, in 2010 we had began gradually go out of the gap, we had increased almost by 20 billion in 2010 and increased almost 30 billion in 2011. In 2012 we plan to exceed pre-crisis level," said Mykola Azarov.
At this he stressed that the increase in GDP - this is not some abstract numbers, but depending on the GDP growth, the purchasing power of citizens are rising, there appear funds for the implementation of major infrastructure projects and modernization of the economy.
