Ukraine. State registration of land property rights prolonged until April 1

The government has prolonged by three months, until April 1, 2012, the registration of the permanent use of land plots and land lease agreements in the register of state acts on property rights.
An instruction on this - No. 1388 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 28, 2011 – has been posted on the government's website.
According to the government, relevant amendments were made to the government's instruction on the procedure for the introduction of Land Records and the state register of state acts on property acts for land and permanent use of land plots, land lease agreements - No. 1021 dated September 9, 2009 - which stipulated the procedure for the state registration or land property rights in the state register until January 1, 2012.
