Ukraine. President signs law on ratification of amendments to agreement on Black Sea Trade and Development Bank

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed the law "On Adoption of Amendments to the Agreement on Creation of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank," the President's official website informs.
To remind, December 23, 2011, the Verkhovna Rada has adopted the law, initiated by the Ukrainian President, on amendments to the agreement on setting up the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB).
Ratification of amendments to the agreement on the BSTDB foundation will allow, in particular, changing the bank's accounting unit, repeatedly reflecting total joint stock capital of the bank and determining the number and the share domination, as it may be desirable.
In addition, amendments envisage that since the date of coming into force inclusive, the euro is the bank unit; total joint stock capital of the bank is reflected in the euro.
The agreement on the BSTDB foundation was signed June 30, 1994, in Tbilisi (Georgia).
