Company held the Annual General Meeting on Monday, January 09, 2012 at Kilpatrick Townsend Advokatbyrå, Hovslagargatan 5 B, Stockholm.
The main two topics of the meeting were the most recent acquisition of Landkom and issue of new shares by members of the Board of Directors.
Board of Directors also approved an issue of new shares without preferential rights for the Company’s shareholders for 19,771,429 shares at a
subscription price of SEK 7 per share.
