Prior to official announcement in April 2012 Ukrproduct group announced its full results on Friday, December 23, 2011. In accordance with group’s
plans, its revenues will increase by 10% yoy, company has also strengthened its position in overall butter segment by 1.1% to 7.9% in 2011 from
6.8% in 2010. Group has increased its segment in processed cheese segment from 14% in 2010 to 14.7% in 2011. Gross margins were negatively
affected by growing fuel prices as well as several other inputs. Milk price dynamics were affected by new VAT government subsidy system yet due
to the fact that subsidies remained no drastic change was seen. Overall company has shown improvement in most of its financial results.
