Alpcot Agro AB awaits on approval of Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine on acquisition of Lankom

Landkom entire share capital will be acquired by Alpcot as the company is also planning to place the total worth of USD 20 M which was set as the
requirement prior to acquisition of the company. The acquisition, via a Scheme of Arrangement, is subject to the various Conditions to the
Acquisition announced yesterday which will be more fully described in a Scheme Document to follow shortly. The Conditions include, among other
things, Landkom shareholder approval of the Scheme The successful USD 20 M Placing is the first step in that process.
