Stocks were down Monday as Fitch ratings warned France and 6 other European countries of the potential rating downgrade as solution to
sovereign debt crisis was well beyond reach both: politically and economically. North Korean leader Kim Jong-il died Friday of heart attack on the
train as his son is seen as the heir of the current leader. Potential instability in the region brought Asian stocks on Friday and Monday 5-6%
down on the average.
